Pycharm is freeze on ubuntu server

Hi, 

I am running pycharm in a ubuntu server. When I open pycharm on the server, it starts loading properly and finishes properly. However, once the loading is finished, The pycharm window that I attach below does not appear. I have had this problem with this two versions of pycharm:
