express-generator unavailable

I'm using Webstorm on Ubuntu 2018.04.

When I try to create a new "Node.js Express App", the express-generator version is "Unavailable" and there is the sentence "Please specify npm or yarn package" at the bottom.

I already configured npm inside "Languages & Frameworks". Indeed, this menu finds version "3.5.2" for npm and "8.10.0" for node.

My current package versions are:

node.js = 8.10.0 located in /usr/bin/node

npm = 3.5.2 located in /usr/share/npm

express = 4.16.0 located in /usr/local/bin/express

Is there anyone that have a clue about what is wrong?

Please can you provide a screenshot of New project dialog with the error plus your idea.log (https://intellij-support.jetbrains.com/hc/en-us/articles/207241085-Locating-IDE-log-files)?

Please don't paste log here, upload files to some file server and provide a link
