Issue Installing pycharm-community on Ubuntu 16.04.5 LTS

Hi, after installing pycharm, when trying to run it, it brings out following error:

cannot create user data directory: /tcenas/home/xxxx/snap/pycharm-community/76: Permission denied

where xxxx is the user, note that /tcenas/home/xxxx is my home directory.

Anyone can help?, is this a known issue?
