Unable to open a project

Right now it shows the open project as being "Introduction to Python 0/50". I close the project and try to open another project but "Introduction to Python 0/50" just re-opens. I've tried opening other projects, I've tried making new projects, and I've also deleted the "Intro..." project but it still shows up. I've restarted my computer and the same issue. Any thoughts?
