-Deditor.scale.gutter.icons not working ?

Guys, is -Deditor.scale.gutter.icons not working anymore?

I guess it was still working in pure 2018.2.1 but after updating to #PS-182.3911.43

it has no effect now

Strange, but after uninstall and installing from new file (downloaded later) solved the problem

It seems that phpstorm64.exe.vmoptions

been moved to %HOMEPATH% user folder again (as it was originally in 2015 or 2016),

c:\Users\username\.PhpStorm2019.3\config\phpstorm64.exe.vmoptions.

Although phpstorm64.exe.vmoptions is still duplicated in Program Files\PhpStorm\bin folder

but -Deditor.scale.gutter.icons started working properly only when I change config file in windows user folder
