Problems Setting Up Flask and Conda in Pycharm

Sorry for the beginner question in advance but I am very new to coding  and I've reached a brick wall (I'm probably missing something.) I'm
trying to set up Flask and switching virtualenv to Conda in PyCharm, but keep getting these errors [see photos]

I have seen solutions for Flask where you install the packages through the terminal or the project interpreter but it doesn't seem to be working for me. When I run the install code in the terminal, it says it's already satisfied. Any help/guidance would be amazing and thank you!
