Out of memory issue while inspecting code

Hi
I am using licensed version of IntelliJ. I am getting an error of not enough memory while inspecting code for my project.
Steps to follow- Analyze Tab- >inspect Code -> whole project -> ok
I am adding screenshot as well
Any lead ll be appreciated.
