Doen DataGrip apply changes to Real Database Server? Follow

Hello everyone! I am developing a website on + Postgres (add-on) on Heroku. DataGrip connected to database server, then I make some change (add table, insert row) then query them to make sure they existing, everything  works fine. 

But when I check the database on Heroku it still in the initial state, there is no table in.

So I confused what is 'Sync' feature mean? Does it apply change to my database on deployed on Heroku.

I am using lasted DataGrip.
