PyCharm won't install ANYTHING!!

No matter what I try to install, I get the following error
Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement [whatever package] (from versions: )
No matching distribution found for [whatever package]
wtf? Any ideas?

Hello! Could you please try to install any package in PyCharm and attach a screenshot with error, and then attach another screenshot with a result of the installation of this package from the Terminal?
Please make sure that you use the same interpreter in PyCharm and in the Terminal.
