matplot outside pycharm (Not Inside Pycharm Via SciView)

Hello,

I know it is unnecessary but I still want pycharm to open Plot Windows outside of the Pycharm. Currently, I run them, it always shows in sciview plot tab? 

Where can I toggle that function or how can I prevent from opening in sciview plot tab
