Modal Z Index bug in WebStorm for Mac

I found this bug which prevents users from accessing the current modal dialogue buttons. If you try downloading a new library => Click Add... => Click the + sign button to attach files or directories, then the Libraries window will suddenly come to the top, leaving the finder window behind. The Libraries window will not be responsive and will keep its topmost position. All you can do is drag it around to uncover the topmost finder dialogue window and access its buttons.
