Feature Request: Automatically add 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header to Webstorm built-in web server

It is annoying to have to configure a proxy every time we have CORS problems and would be nicer and simpler to add the 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header by default, since we only use built-in Webserver for development. I think web development would be a lot easier this way and I don't think would be so difficult at all for JetBrains.
