PyCharm fails to remember floating windows layout when exiting→starting

For example I have three windows with open files (no tool windows), because I find it most productive to use floating windows instead of splits in the main window (size and position helps me remember what is the meaning of a particular file in context of other opened files).

Example: I exit Pycharm: [File]>[Exit]. I start it up again. Then windows appear, but in different places, different screen and different sizes. Latest PyCharm. Saving context and loading works well (in most cases). I expected that this would too.
