Disable any form of auto completion

How can I disable absolutely any form of auto completion and auto formatting in PyCharm? Currently, often edit some LaTeX file and it's just super annoying that it will always insert a double $$ when I start math mode. I would also wish to disable automatic insertion of the closing quote in Python.
