Shortcut types special character

Hello all,

I'm using the PhpStorm 2018.1 trial and just trying some functionalities. I noticed when I use the shortcut for the reformat dialog (CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + L), a Ø symbol is types just before opening the dialog. The interesting part is that when I swap the shortcuts for reformatting code and the reformatting code dialog (so the dialog gets the CTRL + ALT + L shortcut and reformatting without dialog gets CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + L assigned), the CTRL + ALT + SHIFT + L works fine while CTRL + ALT + L types a ø (lowercase Ø) charachter and then opens the dialog.

Is this a known bug and/or is there a work around?
