Reduce nesting refactor and inspection / invert conditionals

I was wondering if features around nesting in, say, conditional blocks are on the roadmap. Coming from R#, it was rather nice having it both be able to automatically see when nesting could be reduced by inverting conditionals, and also having it as a manual option via refactor.
