relsolve conflicts in vendor folder

Hi, from a long time a go I'm searching how can I resolve conflicts with Phpstorm  in vendor folder, I remove it from exclude files but when I have a conflict in one plugin (in vendor) the button "resolve conflicts" is not activated.
