Right click is disabled and auto select is enable in pycharm

I am having issues with disabled right click in pycharm i.e right click on editor, console doesn't raise any options.

Also, the lines in the editor are getting auto selection as I move the cursor up and down, thus create great deal of trouble. I have tried everything from reinstalling pychram after deleting all the old instation and it is not fixed. I also remove all the plugins but not change.

Is this an intended feature or just a bug. And, it all started last night and I cannot seem to understand why and how I got it. I am using pycharm 18.2 (the latest pycharm)
