CLion - Can you keep edit configurations open and work on code?

I am using CLion and would like to keep the configuration window open while I code. Is there a plugin or any setting that would allow this? 

This would be useful for me for example when I am developing the command line interface for my C++ code so I don't have to reopen the configurations window every time I add to the interface.
