Long wait for debugger to start (Pycharm 2018.2.2; Windows 10 pro 1803).

Hi,

I recently updated to 2018.2.2 and ever since it takes up to 40 secs for the debugger to start.

The task bar shows "Waiting for connection ...".

Anyone else having this problem?
