Add Vert.x to 'New Project' creation tool

When creating a new project in IntelliJ IDEA there's choices such as Java, Java Enterprise, JBoss, Spring, Java FX, Android, Maven, Gradle, Groovy, Kotlin, Empty Project, etc

I would like Vert.x as a choice here. You can use Vert.x as a platform for building software and I believe it fits as a framework for creating a new project.

For now I have to just add Vert.x as a dependency using Maven or Gradle.
