IDE interface encoding problem.
Hi!
My WebStorm was working fine yesterday but today it looks like this. I have russian language as default in Windows.
OS: Windows 10 Home build 17134

It's not encoding, it's font corruption. This is a known issue with the Material theme UI plugin, please see the suggestion here: https://github.com/ChrisRM/material-theme-jetbrains/issues/895#issuecomment-413259427
Thank you, it helped me a lot.
I fixed it doing like this:
1. Toggle Meterial Font like on screenshot (that was hard with font corruption)
2. Restart Webstorm
