IP address 52.57.21.10 is blocked by "Federal Service for Supervision of Communications, Information Technology and Mass Media"

When checked at https://eais.rkn.gov.ru/ it does not report the site as being blocked. We are also not aware of any appeals by the roskomnadzor to us for this site. Could you contact your ISP for this issue?
Seems that intellij-support.jetbrains.com resolves to other IP addresses today, and it's all OK.
I not meant, that site "intellij-support.jetbrains.com" is blocked, but particular IP address "52.57.21.10", was blocked as for October 02 and it was one of IP addresses, that "intellij-support.jetbrains.com" resolves to.
You may consider to track each particular IP address, that your services resolves to, on daily or hourly basis on eais.rkn.gov.ru, cause there are random "cluster" blocking performed by RKN in tension to somehow block Telegram messenger. Those blocks covers part of Amazon web services pretty well.
