How can I format template literal strings in WebStorm?

I would like to apply special formatting to any text inside of template literal back-ticks `like this`.
I have found other mentions of this and responses about Language Injections, but I don't want any kind of language parsing or syntax highlighting. I just want literals in bold red text.

For my purpose, I am creating a voice app, and all voice output is done with template literal strings. It will be very nice to visibly see all text that will be spoken, as I scan through my source. This is not for language injection. Just strings.

There are no special color settings for template literals - if nothing is injected, highlighting is the same as used for string literals: Settings | Editor | Color Scheme | JavaScript | String.

If you miss a way to define special highlighting for template strings, please vote for https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/WEB-29079
