Unable to launch react native app from webstorm

I created a new react native app from web storm and click on run with my emulator up and running. But it didn't start my app.

Please can you elaborate on this? what does happen exactly? What Webstorm and react-native-cli versions do you work with? Some screenshots/screencast that show up the issue would be helpful
