Can't renew my student licence

 Hi! My name is Ivan and I am a student of Belarussian State University. Unfortunatelly, I can't renew my Student Licence for IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate. I tried to apply it with University Email Address and Official Document, but it is written "If you would like to renew your Student License, please use the dedicated link in your JetBrains Account" , but when I click it, I see "No available licenses". Also I recieved a message to my educational email about license expiration and then about license confirmation. A link in the last message redirects me to the page,where I see: "No available licenses" again. Please tell me,how can I renew my license(I am still a student). Thank you.
