Popup config window too small to show all the options

This is the Run/Debug Configurations window.The "Before launch" part doesn't show because it's too small , and no scroll bar.
Screen is 1377 X 768.OS is win7 sp1 64bit.JDK is JDK8.IDE version is 2018.1.2

Please see youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-181880. Try expand the dialog to a full screen.
