Settings sync problems

Yesterday I've changed my email address and purchased new license. After that my IDE settings have been initialized.

What is the cause of this problem? Is it because of email address or new license?

Most possibly you have created a new Jetbrains account. Your settings are tied to an old account.

Please raise a ticket to the Sales team to merge your accounts.
