I downloaded intelliJ idea but it does not load, it happened after I didn’t activate it using a license

Please provide more details. Do you see any kind of an error message?
At first I downloaded the program and used one month without a license. and after a month I did not activate the program, I decided to delete and download it again. downloaded, installed but it does not turn on. I click on the icon but it does not respond
So, there is no trial expired message? Please try running IDEA from the command line and check if there any error message.

Please try removing settings folder and reinstalling the IDE.
