Restore font size without being able to access settings

I must have made a decimal error and somehow set my IDE font size to override everything to well over 70 point font size.

Now my quandary is that this setting distorts the windows so they only display a few words of any Pycharm window, so I can't use the UI to change it back.

Is there a place I can directly edit this back to normal? I don't think I have changed the default zooming keys & the combos I hoped would zoom did not work. I'm on PyCharm Professional, November 2018 build
