2018.3 problems after update

After the update to 2018.3 I have the problem that I can not enter letters and numbers anymore in the sources. When I enter a letter I see in a moment and then it disappears again. Only space,+,- works. I have also PyCharm and update that to 2018.3 and now I have the same issue in PyCharm. But my backspace button does not hang. If I open an editor all works fine. Only in Idea and PyCharm. Someone an idea? Before the update all works fine for me.

Please try reinstalling the IDE. If the reinstall won't help, please raise a ticket at https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issues.
I completely removed the installation just like all the idea files from the projects and did a new installation. After that, the projects were re-imported and then everything worked fine again. Thanks for helping.
