Intellij crashes.

Intellij crashes without any sense at all. Its doesn´t show me an error, it simply closes. It usually happens when i´m creating a class or when I initiate the program or when I compile, but it also happens in other moments without any reason.
Version: 2018.2.5, 2018.3
OS: W7 SP1

Please try 2018.3 from https://www.jetbrains.com/idea/download.
Check if there are any errors in Windows event log at time issue happens.
Try also starting IDE in command line from the .bat file and examine the output when it happens.
If problem remains, please provide all IDE logs zipped (upload to ftp://ftp.intellij.net/.uploads / https://uploads.services.jetbrains.com) and java java crash logs (files with names like `java_error_in_idea_*.log` in your user home directory).
Ok. i did what you ask me to do. the issue is that when i initiate a project from dropbox, it crashes don´t know why. In my other PC it doesn´t happen. Thank you anyway.
