IntelliJ sbt shell UTF-8 not work

Hello,

Could you please attach idea.log ("Help | Show Log in...") after restarting IDE and reproducing the issue? Also please provide screenshot from "Settings | Build... | Build Tools | sbt"

Hi. there are many logs because I used intellij for a long time, so I removed idea.log and I restarted IDE and reproduced the issue. This log is written from restart intelliJ and run my code which include non-ascii output to console.

JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS='-Dfile.encoding=UTF8'

environment variable to your run configuration?

And JAVA_TOOL_OPTIONS='-Dfile.encoding=UTF8' is not helpful to me
