So -- maybe this is what I get for not using EAPs but ---
Is there someway to get the older plugin manager interface back? Scrolling through the worlds busiest trello board is really unappealing.

Actually, this thing is just useless. I'm going to revert to 18.2 for a while.
Have you created a Youtrack issue? You could be certain to get my vote on that - that new plugin manager UI is horrible, totally un-JetBrains-like!
