Publish plugin With Gradle. 3rd jar NoClassDefFoundError

I posted a plugin that depends on a third-party jar package. When downloaded and used it from repository, there was no such package and it caused NoClassDefFoundError. Excuse me, how can I add a third-party jar package when publish it.

I tried looking for "IntelliJ Platform SDK DevGuide" but it was not found."Plugin Dependencies" is looks like about depends plugin not jar. jar not have ID
