"Run to Cursor" and "Force Run to Cursor" do not break on cursor(caret), they just skip it

Hi, "Run to Cursor" and "Force Run to Cursor" do not seem to be working for me in Webstorm.

When I set caret on some line and press "Run to Cursor" button, it just runs through caret(and it will stop on later breakpoint if there is one).
Similar thing with "Force Run to Cursor", it just runs through caret and skips all later breakpoints.
