IntelliJ IDEA 2018.3.1 periodically freezes

Hello,
I encounter freezing problems since updating my Intellij IDEA to version 2018.3.1.
It happens mainly in Classes / Files search dialog (via CMD+O/SHIFT+CMD+O).
I use macOS Mojave 10.14.2.
Will appreciate your help,

Do you see UI interface freeze? Or keyboard input is delayed/blocked? Please provide IDE log directory zipped. For upload you can use https://uploads.services.jetbrains.com / ftp://ftp.intellij.net/.uploads or any file sharing service.
Yes, the UI interface freezes, so I cannot also use my keyboard.

Looks like https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-203208. The fix will be available in 2018.3.2 IDE version.
