webstorm live edit chrome extension not used

Problem solved with latest chrome jb extension Jan.2019

Overview

this appears everytime I click the debug button, and then It pops out a pure and new chrome windows.Nothing happens.

notice:when I uncheck the last button, Liveedit works well

this appears every time I click debug button in webstorm

this appears everytime I disabled the chrome plugin

failed try:

1. disabled all plugin
2. restart chrome and windows OS
3. reinstall/update live edit and webstorm
4. change port

version:

1. webstorm:2018.3
2. chrome Version 71.0.3578.98 (Official Build) (64-bit)
3. windows OS(not check firewall since I don't know how to)
