How to put JFrame into JavaFX stage?

I have an ordinary JavaFX application, and directory tree application in Swing, from this link. Everythin works! However, I get two opening windows, instead of one. I tried to put my scene from JavaFX to JFXPanel, and to put it into JFrame, but it didn't work. Please, if anyone could help, I would really appreciate!

I think you will have more chances for help on a JavaFX-related forums or on stackoverflow as the question is not related directly to IntelliJ IDEA functionality.
