When i try to start 'Groovy console' i see this always

Yes, but i see this on any project, any other systems. This appeared after the last update

"Scanning files to index..."  appears immediately after pressing and then an error appears

Issue is fixed for the nearest update: https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-203569

You can download 2018.3.3 Preview build where the bug is fixed.
