Can't open IDEA. Menu only shows "IntelliJ IDEA" and nothing else.

Tried to open in many different ways with no success. When I try to open it normally or through "Open With" at some file, the program will open but the menu only has the "IntelliJ IDEA" option and nothing else.

Try workarounds from https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/JRE-434 including re-installing the Java on the system or using apple.laf.useScreenMenuBar property.
