How do I change this component color and what it is?

How to change this component color because it's not clear as the picture shows and what it is? I am using Rider with unity.

For anyone who may have a similar question:
The feature is named Parameter Name Hints. You can either disable it via "File | Settings | Editor | Parameter Name Hints" or change its color via "File | Settings | Editor | Color Scheme | Language Defaults -> Inline parameter hints".
