Is there a linter for viewing .diff files?

This is the way Slack displays a .diff file:

And here is how PhpStorm displays the same file:

As you can see, having the lines highlighted in red and green makes it much easier to understand. Is there a plugin for PhpStorm that can do the same thing as Slack does when viewing .diff files?
