Github SSH no longer working

Whether connected or just a coincident, after I installed GitHub Desktop (mac os mojave), I lost my ability to SSH into GitHub. So now I'm prompted EVERY TIME for my username/password (even when "remember me" is checked!).

I've tried to disable/re-enable Git Integration and GitHub plugins - no change. I regenerated my SSH key, but while I can do an "ssh -T git@github.com" just fine, either through the IDE or the command line, I'm only prompted for username/password.

I can't find any means of re-enabling access to Github using SSH.

I'm on 2018.3.3 of Intellij IDEA Ultimate Edition.
