Empty git --version output

My Git plugin was working fine until few days back and now getting this exception. I can't recall anything changed over since it was working.
The command line and terminal works fine with (git--version) command

Something has changed on the system and now blocks output of git for IDE.
Check antivirus, UAC, git installation permissions. See https://youtrack.jetbrains.com/issue/IDEA-82445
I work in a corporate company and I'm hoping that there was no such change...I mean we didn't receive any notification or such and moreover one other guy (one guy uses intelliJ) is having no such problems.
I tried having different versions of GIT (upgraded to latest version) but no amend. I'm not able to check-out code, check-in anything ...So basically GitPlugin is not working.
