open external URLs

There is a number of the external links in the IDE,
which are an opening in the browser.
usually I'm using Yandex Browser, but if this browser is a default in the system (Linux Mint 19.1 x64) nothing happens , if I switch on Chrome it opens links correctly.
should I perform some "registration" for Yandex browser in IDE for correct work?

Hi Ernst! Please go to File | Settings | Tools | Web Browsers and add Yandex browser manually with Chrome family. Are links successfully opened after that? If no, please try moving the Yandex browser on the top of the list and settings
Default BrowsertoFirst listed(instead ofSystem default). Does it help?thanks for the instructions.
it works , after your first described step.
however defaulted chrome opens any link form clion in a single click
but yandex does it after double click only, not so important but chrome behavior is more useful :)
for sure, I've checked URL opening from other apps in a system, e.g. forum's notification email with your response above from Evolution, and yandex opened this topic on single click
