Keras Progression Bar Bug

I have been trying to use Keras and Tensorflow with Pycharm, and am having consistent problems with the Keras progression bar constantly creating a new line for each run. I have tried all different configuration settings, including running with "Emulate terminal in output console" and "Run with Python console" both enabled AND disabled. Even with default run configuration settings, I am still having the issue. I am not sure why this is the case. I am also fairly confident it is a bug with Pycharm as I have run the same script by calling it through the terminal and it works as it should. Most suggestions I have seen online deal with toggling the "Run with Python console" configuration, but it seems to have no effect in my case. I am currently using the most update version of Pycharm I uninstalled and reinstalled it, and still having no success.
