"Incorrect file specified" error when importing compilation_commands.json file

When importing a compilation_commands.json file I get a lot of errors like the following. Can you provide some more information what the error means so we can diagnose? Thx.
Incorrect file specified: 'fidling/gen/test/fidlcat/examples/cpp/fidl.cc' and directory '/usr/local/google/home/drees/dev/fuchsia/out/x64'

It seems somewhere in compile_commands.json you have "file": "fidling/gen/test/fidlcat/examples/cpp/fidl.cc" and that file can't be found. Is it a correct path to the file?
