Import/Export settings are missing from File menus on Fedora 29

I've just installed Intellij Idea Utilmate 2018.3.5 on Fedora 29 Cinnamon and wanted to import settings from another setup. But I found the Import/Export settings options are missing from where they're normally located and neither did "Find action..." show the options.

Hello Ivan,
You have "IDE settings sync" plugin enabled. Settings export/import will not work with this option. To avoid confusion and to make it clear, these menu items are hidden when settings sync is active.
