fails font when comment that in phpstorm
i have problem with comment
When i want comment Persian characters the comments shown with funny characters like this :
This problem is just for Persian or Arabic comments.
How can I fix the problem?

Could you please show the expected result, should it be the same as before commenting? Unfortunately, I do not read or write Persian/Arabic, so it hard to understand what is wrong really.
